“Strength training becomes even more important as we get older. As we age, our metabolism tends to slow down. There is also a loss of muscle mass and bone density.
The good news is we can help reduce this decline by adding resistance training to our workouts.
Benefits of strength training include:

The sessions will be centred primarily around the bigger 'compound' movements - squats, deadlifts, bench press and overhead pressing. These will be complemented with a variety of single leg/arm, pushing, pulling and 'core' exercises as well as plenty of mobility work.
