ABOUT US
Welcome to our campaign page!
We are a group of students from Cardiff University and we are happy to announce that we will be running a three-week campaign on behalf of SYNERGI Weightlifting Club called #SheStrength. The campaign aims to spread awareness about the benefits of strength training for women and will help to create a better understanding of why strength training is as suitable for women as it is for men.
